AT&T Wireless: To smooth out negotiations for their 2004 buyout by Cingular, AT&T decided to standardize the collection of performance and usage data across all 3 of their wireless networks in order to more accurately estimate their corporate value. We led the project to ensure that usage analysis software was correctly deployed, configured, and operational.
